YooHoo is darling 4 year old unraced Thoroughbred mare. Redwings rescued YooHoo and another Thoroughbred mare named Pastorate from an auction in Southern California. Her history before the auction is completely unknown. There was no interest in her at the auction and our partner rescue was worried that YooHoo might end up in the slaughter pipeline so they reached out to Redwings and a few days later she arrived at the sanctuary. YooHoo is being given the winter off in one of our large community mare pastures and next Spring she will be started under saddle.
